Building muscles for absolute beginners

Heyy! Building muscles and maintaining a good body has now become a necessary thing a specially for the boys in order to maintain their personality in front of the people.

So, here I will talk about how to build muscles for the absolute beginners with or without supplements.

And I am just going to talk about the people who want to gain weight… Skinny(As I can relate to them)πŸ˜‰

I started gyming last year in August. As a absolute beginner I was skinny. I was around 60kg with height 6′ feet. I started workout without using any supplements.

So, first a beginner should start with normal 15-20 push-ups, 5-10 pull ups in warm up. This will build the strength of the muscles and later on it will help in improving your performance in your workouts.πŸ’ͺ

Then,

After 1-2 months, you should start focussing on lifting heavy weights because lifting heavy weights helps in increase of muscle size. Muscle tissue have to generate enough power to lift weights. So, lifting heavy weights are necessary for the beginners to increase muscle size.

Secondly,

After a heavy workout our muscle tissues needs energy and recovery time to build muscle. Hence, taking a proper diet consists of carbs and proteins. A little fat should be no harm for the beginners who are

skinny.

WHAT DIET TO TAKE?πŸ€”

People gets so confuse because there are so many things available in the market. For beginners following should be the regular diet per day to gain weight and muscle size:

1.Bananas(min. 3)🍌

2.Eggs/meat(min. 3)🍳

3.Milk (2 times)🍼

4.Paneer(alternative for eggs.. 120-150gm)

5.Peanut butter(contains both carbs and protein.. 2 tablespoon per day)

6.You should start eating more than the regular meal you eat.😬

The above diet was for the beginners without using supplements.

WHAT SUPPLEMENTS TO USE?

WHEY PROTEIN

I have myself not used any supplements but I tried the whey protein for 2 months of muscleblaze. It is good for the people who don’t want to spend much money on the supplements.

CREATINE

I am right now using creatine powder of muscletech and I’m really very happy with that. Creatine basically just improves your strength and ability to do workout. Also it will increase muscle to some extent. I strongly recommend this product.

It will have some side effects like bad stomach but it will fine after a few days.

DONT TAKE ANY SUPPLEMENT MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT… ❌❌❌

I was 60kg and now I’m 80kg in one year. I used no supplements but yup tried whey protein (not taking right now for some reasons) and using creating from last 1.5 months.

So you can also transform your body without taking supplements just focus on your workout and diet plan.
